Independent wine writer since 2012. My professional shadow identity is as academic philosopher, teacher and researcher.
I am a regular contributor to DinVinGuide, Winelab and Trink. My own website Flaskevis — where I focus on organic and biodynamic viticulture, traditional and natural winemaking — was launched in 2017. I am currently working on a Danish book on Austrian wine.
